Huntsman : While this specialty chemicals company's stock currently yields 3.4 percent, Cramer would not buy Huntsman until it yields 5 percent.

Regal Beloit : This electric motors and generators maker needs Europe's economy to improve, Cramer said. He can't recommend buying its stock until things turn around overseas.

Star Scientific : When it comes to tobacco, Cramer currently prefers Altria Group.

CSX : While Cramer likes this railroad, he worries it's too tethered to coal. He'll pass on CSX for now.

Seagate Technology : This technology company's stock currently pays a 4.5 percent dividend yield, which Cramer likes. Should yield fall to 3.5 percent, though, Cramer recommends selling the stock.

Nucor : Right now, this stock pays a 4.1 percent dividend yield. But if the yield drops to 3.5 percent, Cramer recommends selling NUE.
