Check out which companies are making headlines after the bell Wednesday:

Apple - The tech giant continued to edge higher in extended-hours. Earlier, the company unveiled its widely-anticipated iPhone 5, a thinner model and 20 percent lighter than its predecessor, with a four-inch display and improved color resolution. Royal Caribbean - The cruise company boosted its quarterly dividend by 20 percent to 12 cents a share from 10 cents a share. (Click here for after-hours quote.)

DSW - The shoe-store outlet declared a special dividend of $2 a share, totaling approximately $91 million. (Click here for after-hours quote.)

Two Harbors Investment - The real estate investment trust cut its quarterly dividend by 10 percent to 36 cents a share from 40 cents a share, sending shares lower in extended-hours trading. (Click here for after-hours quote.)

Genesee & Wyoming - The short-line railroad company said it will offer 3.5 million shares and 2 million tangible equity units through Bank of America, Citi and JPMorgan. Shares slumped in extended-hours trading. (Click here for after-hours quote.)
