What I’m Buying Into This Rally: Michael Farr

Financials and dividend stocks are strong plays to weather QE3, Michael Farr of Farr, Miller & Washington told CNBC on Friday.

“I think the banks do have more to go. I think the steepening yield curve is certainly going to help that from a fundamental basis,” he said on “Fast Money.”

Farr said he liked JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs .

“On a hugely fundamental basis, they’re still great on value,” he added.

Farr also looked to Johnson & Johnson as a dividend play, along with O'Reilly Automotive, Cognizant Technology Solutions and Family Dollar.
