Twitter isn’t just a communication tool, it’s become a cultural force—coordinating protests in the middle east, and allowing the whole world to experience the Olympics in real-time.

With 140 million users sending 340 million tweets daily, the service continues to gain in reach and influence. And meanwhile it’s rolling out new ad tools to turn the service’s popularity into profits.

Twitter continues to introduce new ways for brands to advertise to Twitter users. Just a few weeks ago the service started offering businesses new tools to target adsbased on more than 350 interest categories. And it’s giving brands more direction about what third-party services work best for analytics and using Twitter for customer service. And just last week it introduced a redesign. And while Twitter turns its tools into a business, it’s facing some legal challenges—the company is embroiled in a lawsuit, fighting to secure users ownership over their tweets.

There’s no question Twitter is at a turning point, which makes this a perfect time to sit down with Twitter CEO Dick Costolo for an interview. We’re asking viewers to weigh in on what we should ask him. What would you #AskTwitter? Let us know and we’ll include the best questions in our interview.
