BANGKOK, Oct 10 (Reuters) - Shares in Thai hospital firmBangkok Dusit Medical Services Pcl fell more than 4percent on Wednesday after a report key shareholders wereselling a combined 13.7 percent at a price lower than themarket.
By 0312 GMT, the shares were trading down 3.7 percent at105.5 baht, after falling at one point to 104.5 baht.
Nearly 4 million shares changed hands in early trade,already 1.61 times the average full-day volume over the past 30sessions.
The broad market was down 0.2 percent.
The deal would involve 212.2 million shares, to be sold atan indicative price range of 104 baht to 107 baht, or 2.3percent to 5.0 percent below Tuesday's closing price, IFRreported, citing a term sheet.
