BRIEF-Calibre Group buys G&S engineering

Oct 10 (Reuters) - Calibre Group Ltd :

* Acquisition of g&s engineering

* Today announced the acquisition of g&s engineering services pty ltd

* Acquisition is anticipated to contribute up to $160M in revenue and $10M in

EBITDA to calibre's FY 2013 statutory results

* Will acquire 100% of the shares in g&s for approximately $39.2 million cash

and 14.2 million cgh shares.
