China shares bounce on hopes for market reform, easing

Oct 9 (Reuters) - China shares posted robust gains onTuesday, with banks, brokers and large-cap energy sharesrallying as investors returned to the market amid hopes of moresteps to support the market.

The CSI300 index of top Shanghai and Shenzhenlistings ended the day up 2.2 percent while the ShanghaiComposite rose 2 percent.
