The aluminum company, expected to report third-quarterresults after market close, looks likely to scrape by with athin profit as its transport and aerospace products businesseshelp compensate for a weak global metal price environment.

** YUM BRANDS , Monday close $66.94,

Analysts expect the restaurant company to post higherthird-quarter profit when it reports results on Tuesday.

** CHEVRON CORP , Monday close $117.62

The second-largest U.S. oil company will likely have fewhighlights to showcase with its interim update on the thirdquarter on Tuesday.

** PROCTER & GAMBLE CO , Monday close $69.10,

The company will meet shareholders at its annual meetingin Cincinnati before markets open.

** CONTINENTAL RESOURCES INC , Monday close $1.11

The top oil producer in North Dakota's booming Bakken basinwill detail its five-year growth plan for investors in OklahomaCity on Tuesday morning.

** ELI LILLY AND CO , Monday close $50.78, up 1.4 pctpremarket

The company said its experimental Alzheimer's drug led to a34 percent reduction in memory decline for patients with mildsymptoms over a period of 18 months, giving it potentialammunition to seek approval for the medicine that showed nobenefit in more advanced stages of the disease.

Goldman Sachs raised the stock to "neutral," reportedBenzinga.com.

** AMAZON.COM INC , Monday close $259.06

The company's deal to purchase streaming movies from cablenetwork Epix could transform the way such deals are done, thanksto a pay-for-performance sweetener that had not been previouslydisclosed.

Janney Capital Markets raised its fair value on the stock to$300 from $250.

** EDWARDS LIFESCIENCES CORP , Monday close $107.41,down 15.8 pct post-market

The medical device maker cut its revenue forecast for thethird quarter on Monday as sales of its unique heart valve thatwas expected to drive results fell short of estimates.

Canaccord Genuity and Barclays Capital cut their pricetargets on the stock.

** Principal Financial Group Inc , Monday close$27.77

The insurer and asset manager said it will buy Chileanpension company AFP Cuprum for about $1.51 billion to expand inemerging markets.

** BOSTON SCIENTIFIC CORP , Monday close $5.75

The company said it will buy privately held Rhythmia MedicalInc for $90 million to gain access to its three-dimensionalnavigation system that assists doctors in performing complexheart procedures on patients with dangerously irregular heartrhythms.

** ANGIODYNAMICS INC , Monday close $12.82, down 4.8pct post-market

The medical devices maker reported a surprise loss for thefirst quarter and forecast full-year earnings much belowanalysts' expectations, according to Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S.

** CRACKER BARREL OLD COUNTRY STORE INC , Mondayclose $67.47

The casual dining chain said it was looking into allegationsby largest shareholder Biglari Holdings Inc aboutincoming chairman James Bradford's professional record.
