Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company to Use FastTrack RTW Services & Solutions Tools to Enhance Benefits of Their Proactive Return-to-Work Programs

BEDMINSTER, N.J., Oct. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- GettingHired, LLC today formally announced the signing of Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company (Reliance Standard) as its latest client. Reliance Standard will be implementing the FastTrack Career Service Tools (CST) product. CST is designed to optimize the Return-to-Work (RTW) programs of Short and Long Term Disability Carriers, Workers Compensation Carriers, Third Party Administrators, Managed Care Organizations and Self-Insured Self-Administered organizations. CST's goals are to instill behavioral change by engaging claimants earlier in the RTW process; identify potential RTW opportunities for claimants within 30 to 60 days of the claim being opened; and most importantly, to return claimants to a productive work life as soon as possible.
