IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kofax® plc (LSE: KFX), a leading provider of Capture Enabled BPM™ (business process management) solutions, today announced that Telecom Italia, a leading global telecommunications provider, has invested more than $600,000 in a Kofax solution that will help optimize its customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
Telecom Italia will use Kofax CaptureTM, Kofax Transformation ModulesTM and Kofax Communication Server to automatically capture and perfect business critical content from inbound and outbound customer communications in both paper and electronic formats, extract relevant information and automatically decide which business processes to send it to. With the Kofax solution, the company can engage its customers more effectively, gain competitive advantage and grow its business while reducing costs and improving regulatory compliance.
