BRIEF-Moody's assigns Aa3 to Development Bank of Japan's series 29 & 30 debts

Oct 10 (Reuters) - Moody's Japan K.K. has assigned Aa3 ratingsto the Development Bank of Japan Inc's (DBJ) senior unsecuredbonds. These are domestic yen bond issuances which do not carrythe government guarantee. The rating outlook is stable.
