ICC Solutions CEO Dave Maisey Joins Chieftain, Ingenico, MasterCard, STJ and VISA on U.S. EMV Stakeholder Panel at Merchant Advisory Group Conference

ATLANTA, Oct. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ICC Solutions Limited, the payment industry source for EMV contact and contactless test tools announced that CEO Dave Maisey will speak at the annual Merchant Advisory Group Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, October 16-18, 2012.  He will join executives from Chieftain Consulting, Ingenico, MasterCard, STJ Retail and Visa on a special EMV workshop moderated by ACT Canada.  Workshop executives will detail what the U.S. industry needs to know over the next 12 months to ensure a seamless transition to EMV – the new chip based debit and credit card standard, which is set to replace the less secure magnetic stripe system in the United States.

Speakers will outline the technology differences between the current magnetic stripe world and the more secure EMV world. They will offer fresh perspective on the EMV roadmaps and an opportunity to understand what U.S. EMV stakeholders need to focus on during the next twelve months. Since test and certification plays a key role in the migration, the workshop will detail critical test and certification requirements.
