(Nasdaq: NTK), a global diversified company with leading brands and innovative, technology-driven products and solutions for residential and commercial applications, today announced that Scott Campbell, 48, has been appointed Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer. In this newly created position, Campbell will be responsible for creating, driving and implementing the Company's global supply chain strategy at an enterprise level.

Campbell brings to Nortek more than 20 years of supply chain management experience. He previously served as operating partner at SK Capital, a private investment firm focused on the specialty materials, chemicals and healthcare sectors, where he led supply chain transformation efforts for the firm. Prior to SK Capital, he served as vice president of global supply chain for W.R. Grace & Co., and in progressively responsible procurement and supply chain management roles at Polaroid Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
