MOSCOW, Oct 10 (Reuters) - Russia ran a budget surplus of635.8 billion roubles ($20.40 billion), or 1.4 percent of grossdomestic product, in the first nine months of the year, theFinance Ministry said on Wednesday, citing preliminary data.
The figure is calculated on the basis of cash transferred tobudget funds recipients.
