Britain's FTSE 100 share index steadied around one-week lows onThursday, with concerns about the euro zone crisis partly offsetby corporates reaffirming rather than downgrading their outlook.
The benchmark index was broadly steady at 5,779.00points by 0712 GMT after earlier hitting its lowest level sinceOct. 1 at 5,766.69.
Shares in Burberry added 4.79 percent after theluxury goods maker, which issued a profit warning last month,reported an improvement in trading in September.
