WorldatWork Selected as HR Strategic Partner for CareerBuilder 2013 Top Companies to Work for in Arizona

Program to recognize Arizona organizations that are creating quality jobs and work environments

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Oct. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- WorldatWork, a global human resources association, has been selected as the HR strategic partner for the CareerBuilder 2013 Top Companies to Work for in Arizona. The program is a collaborative effort involving CareerBuilder, Republic Media (azcentral.com, The Arizona Republic, La Voz) and BestCompaniesAZ LLC. In its role as HR strategic partner, WorldatWork will guide the development and customization of certain components of the inaugural program including the employer survey.

The CareerBuilder 2013 Top Companies to Work for in Arizona list recognizes companies with exceptional employer practices and employee satisfaction scores. Any Arizona company with at least 25 employees can apply at no charge.

Top companies will be listed by size and by categories including industry, diversity and female-friendliness. Winners will also be honored at the BestCompaniesAZ Leadership Forum and Expo in June 2013 following the press announcement on June 9.
