MILAN, Oct 12 (Reuters) - Italian holding company Camfin, which controls tyremaker Pirelli , placedthe entire amount of a fixed-rate 150 million euro ($194.14million) bond convertible into Pirelli shares, said a personfamiliar with the matter.
"The market was very receptive," said the person. "Theentire thing took less than an hour."
UniCredit and Banca IMI illustrated the bond issue toCamfin's board of directors on Thursday, said the person.
