JetBlue is delaying flights due to system-wide computer problems, the discount carrier said Friday.

JetBlue said in a statement that it was "experiencing IT problems with its 'flight dispatch system,'" which allows jets to pull away from the gate. "It is slowly coming back. ... Travelers should expect delays."

The glitch follows a United Airlines error Thursday that resulted in flights being sold for $5 and $10.
