(OTCQB:PGTK) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Neil Carmichael as its chief executive officer. Jordan Starkman becomes the Company's independent non-executive director. Commenting on his appointment, Dr Carmichael said:

From its entrepreneurial beginnings the Company is now poised to commence its landmark £160m renewable energy project at Sutton Bridge in the UK.
