Value and earnings growth should take shares of three companies higher, top stock-picker Nick Kaiser said Thursday.
"VF Corp. is a great play. It's a value stock. We're value buyers," he said. "And it's company that has covered the world with real products, very good value that we see will continue to grow in the recovering economy that we forecast."
Shares of VF Corp. was up 35 percent year to date.
On Delta Air Lines, Kaiser said, "True value if you ever saw it.

"This is a company that is really turning around. It's making a billion dollars a year in profits. It's got dividends that it's increasing. It's paying off its debt. It's buying new planes. It's growing. It's got the best global routes. When you talk about global companies, this is not a domestic carrier as much as it's making money out of the new terminal in New York. Here in Seattle, it's growing its new terminal. So, they're going to serve the world at a very high profit and continue to do well."

Delta stock saw a 97 percent gain year to date.
Kaiser's third top stock pick, Stanley Black & Decker, was up 24 percent year to date.
