Global Links in Negotiations With Several Countries to Provide Affordable Housing

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 20, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Global Links Corp. (OTC:GLCO) today announced the Company is in negotiations with several countries to manufacture and sell affordable factory-built homes.

The Company's prototype, named the "Butterfly House" or "Casa Mariposa," is designed to provide residents of underdeveloped countries with a quality housing option that is efficient and affordable. The Butterfly House will be constructed on a massive scale as it can be fully assembled in a matter of hours by a crew of four with just hand tools. The finished home measures 784 square feet containing 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen with space for living and dining. A full description and diagram can be seen on Global Links' website.

Global Links plans to construct a factory in each country where its homes will be manufactured and sold, greatly reducing transportation and material costs while boosting the economy by employing local workers. In addition to government agencies, management will work with international charities and organizations to facilitate and grow its housing project.

CEO Frank Dobrucki stated, "The need for affordable housing in underdeveloped countries is overwhelming and Global Links is positioned to become a leader in this huge international market. We're currently in negotiations with several countries and expect to finalize some of these agreements in the near future. Our model of mass-manufacturing the Butterfly House can be quickly and easily replicated across several nations simultaneously. As a result of this scalability coupled with tremendous global demand, we anticipate generating significant revenue growth in the international housing market," continued Dobrucki.
