Two clients received the Innovative Best Practice award. The award is given to organizations who have demonstrated best practices that result in significant improvements in patient-centered care and healthcare outcomes. National Research defines a best practice in patient-centered care as an innovative use of resources with documented results of significant improvement in cost, quality, patient satisfaction and safety—all factors that affect the health of an organization and its patients.

Meriter Health Services in Madison, Wisconsin, and Central Community Care Access Centre, North York, Ontario, Canada, are the Innovative Best Practice award recipients.

"National Research congratulates all of our outstanding winners," said Susan Henricks, President and Chief Operating Officer of National Research. "Driving improvement initiatives across an organization takes an incredible amount of time and resources, and involves senior leadership to fully execute the mission.
