CNBC Announces the Nominees for the 2013 Travel Business Leader Award

Singapore, 1 October 2013 – CNBC, First in Business Worldwide, announces the nominees of this year's Travel Business Leader Award in Asia Pacific (TBLA). The winner of the TBLA will be announced at the TravelRave Leaders Gala to be held at Gardens by the Bay in Singapore on October 22nd.

CNBC's TBLA recognizes the business leader who has demonstrated leadership excellence in the travel and tourism industry – driving growth, success and profitability. Candidates for this award include leaders from the following sectors: airlines, hospitality, attractions and tour operators, travel agents, and airports.

Qualities including innovation, management skills and the leader's ability to formulate strategies and capitalize on key trends are the main judging criteria.
