The facility centralizes focus on all aspects of excellence regarding deployment of Comverse solutions in the EMEA region, and creates a dynamic research environment for development of innovative BSS, Digital & Value-Added Service capabilities. The CCoE also serves as Comverse's regional Managed Service operational hub.
In line with Comverse's growth strategy, the Bulgaria CCoE complements similar Comverse facilities in the Asia/Pacific region.
