Mr. Malet is the founder and CEO of TELAM International, a Spanish consulting firm providing strategic advice to large multinationals, fast growth companies and investment funds in finance, transportation, energy, IT, retail and health care, doing business in Spain, Latin America and the Middle East.

He is also responsible for attracting and protecting US companies in Spain and promoting Spanish foreign direct investment in the US. During his tenure, Mr. Malet has played a crucial role in improving economic and political relations between the two countries and advising the successive Spanish Governments in competitiveness and economic growth. Mr. Malet earned a J.D. at University of Barcelona (UB) and a L.L.M. at the University of Houston (Texas). He also holds an executive degree from University of Navarra's IESE and a Master of Tax Law from Ramon Llull University's ESADE Business School. He is a frequent lecturer on topics related to economics and international politics.
