The Human Element Workshop is Coming to Marina Del Rey

TARRYTOWN, N.Y., Oct. 30, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- For the first time in Southern California, The Human Element Workshop will be offered publicly at the Marina del Rey Marriott 4100 Admiralty Way, Marina del Rey, CA 90292, December 9-13, 2013.

The Human Element Course is ideal for organizational leaders, organizational development consultants, and human resource professionals. The course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the logic of human behavior and interactions and includes a set of practical tools for navigating the human side of organizational life. Judith Bell and Anna Graham Hunter will facilitate the course. Ms. Bell is an author, Master Human Element Practitioner, and President of Rewire Leadership, formerly (formerly Authentic Leadership Institute CA). Ms. Bell worked closely for many years with Dr. Will Schutz, creator of FIRO® Theory and The Human Element. Anna Graham Hunter is a Licensed Human Element Practitioner that facilitated The Human Element internally at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York for five years.
