FAIRFAX, Va., Nov. 5, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Crestline Hotels & Resorts LLC today announced it has assumed management of the Hilton Atlanta Northeast—Crestline's fourth full service hotel in the Atlanta market. The 272 guestroom, full-service hotel was recently purchased by ASAP International Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB:ASAE) and will undergo product renovations and improvements in the coming months.
"We are delighted to select Crestline Hotels & Resorts as our manager for this property. The Hilton Atlanta Northeast is just one block away from our recently acquired Atlanta Marriott Norcross hotel. There are many opportunities to create synergies when owning and managing the only two full service hotels in this strong Atlanta sub-market. We are confident that Crestline will maximize the efficiencies and drive significant RevPAR increases for these assets," said Frank Yuan, CEO of ASAP International Holdings.
"Crestline is pleased to work once again with ASAP International Holdings as the management company for the Hilton Atlanta Northeast," said James Carroll, President & CEO of Crestline Hotels & Resorts. "This is the third full service hotel that we have added to our portfolio in the past thirty days and we're very excited about the additional growth opportunities we are seeing. This Hilton hotel is in the center of Atlanta's vibrant Northeastern business hub and is a favorite for business travelers, as well as corporate meetings and social events. We look forward to enhancing the hotel's reputation for excellent service and memorable guest experiences," added Carroll.
The Hilton Atlanta Northeast is located at 5993 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, Norcross, Georgia, in the suburban Atlanta community of Peachtree Corners. Adjacent to many corporate headquarters and Atlanta's high-tech center, the hotel is also surrounded by upscale shopping and dining, and is in close proximity to the Gwinnett Arena. In addition, it is only a short drive to downtown Atlanta and Buckhead, the city's fashionable shopping and entertainment district. The Hilton Atlanta Northeast is 40 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and is easily accessible from both I-85 and I-285.
Each of the hotel's well-appointed 272 guestrooms and suites offers comfortable amenities such as a 32-inch HDTV, a large desk and an ergonomic desk chair, and high-speed wireless Internet access. For relaxation, the hotel has a heated indoor/outdoor pool with a whirlpool and a modern fitness center. For dining, guests may enjoy Basil's Kitchen serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and the adjoining Basil's Bar for cocktails.
Meeting planners may choose from more than 20,000 square feet of multi-purpose meeting and event space, including a 7,000 square foot ballroom that is perfect for weddings or special events. Full catering facilities, audio visual equipment, and meeting concierge are available to help plan and execute the perfect event. The Hilton Atlanta Northeast is a non-smoking hotel.
