On November 19, 2013, US-Dadi Fertilizer Industry International Inc. held a press conference in Hong Kong to announce that US-Dadi has gone public on OTCQB market. The press conference was well received by its audience. Attendees included representatives of partners of US-Dadi, namely, Harbin Haixin Biological Fertilizer Company Limited, Saturnus Agri-Tech US International Inc, World SME Trade Alliance Limited, and South China Securities Limited, as well as more than 50 investors.
In July 2013, with the assists of the US-International Federation for Supporting Small and Medium Enterprises and management advice from the Integrated Creative Investment Consulting Group, US-Dadi Fertilizer Industry International Inc. is successfully listed on the US OTC-QB market with ticket symbol "USDF".
With the introduction by World SME Trade Alliance Limited, US-Dadi started to work with Saturnus Agri-Tech US International Inc. on the cooperation of US-Dadi with Harbin Haixin Biological Fertilizer Company Limited to develop the brand name "Haixin" and to market its bio-organic fertilizer products to South-East Asia. Recently, the companies had reached an initial sales agreement with clients in Surabaya, Indonesia.
Haixin brand of bio-organic fertilizer products adopted its technology from the Institute of Applied Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Mr. Heshui Ren, the vice-supervisor of the New Fertilizer Development Center of the Institute became the consultant to US-Dadi. The Haixin products have been certified by the Institute and have reached European Union (EU) standards. It is now under the certification process by the EU.
During the press conference, Mr. Haitao Liu, president of US-Dadi, introduced the history of US-Dadi and its developments from its origin, growth, and move to global marketing. At the same time, Mr. Liu shared the 3-year business plan and prospect to the prospective investors at the meeting.
