HUNTINGTON STATION, N.Y., Nov. 25, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ATC's new 550Z Ultra-Broadband Capacitor (UBC) is now available with a Gold Termination option. This unique termination allows the user a variety of attachment options such as solder, conductive epoxy and eutectic die bond.
The 550Z has been designed and manufactured with the highest quality materials to provide reliable and repeatable ultra-broadband performance from 160 KHz through 40+ GHz. This unique component provides ultra-low insertion loss, flat frequency response and an excellent match over multiple octaves of frequency spectrum. The 550Z has been engineered in a one piece orientation-insensitive 0201 SMT package, making it fully compatible with high speed automated pick-and-place manufacturing operations. Its superior broadband performance and reliability make it ideal for the requirements of the most stringent ultra-broadband applications.
