Cashin says: Second thoughts over Iran's nuclear deal

Art Cashin says the market is "rethinking" the Iran nuclear deal reached over the weekend, and that's helping hold back stock prices.

Cashin, UBS' director of floor operations at the NYSE, told CNBC's Mary Thompson around midday that "people are beginning to wonder if the deal is much of a deal."

He added, "Gold and oil have come off their lows and that's taken some of the zip out of the market."
