(OTCQB:FBSI), the holding company for First Home Savings Bank ("Bank"), today announced that the Company's Board of Directors authorized the repurchase of 15,000 shares of the Company's common stock from its shareholders who have smaller holdings. All repurchases will be through privately negotiated transactions and the price per share will be based on the last trade in the Company's common stock prior to the repurchase. Directors, officers and their respective affiliates are not eligible to participate in the repurchase program. The repurchase program will commence immediately and will be funded by the Company's available cash. The Company may suspend or discontinue the repurchase program at any time.
