Chevron (CVX): I like it said, Cramer. I think it's going higher. But in the space I'd rather own Exxon. I think XOM is going to $100.

Zoetis (ZTS): It's a terrific story, said Cramer. I'd looking for an entry point.

Halliburton (HAL): It's an inexpensive stock, said Cramer, but I prefer Schlumberger.

Alcatel Lucent (ALU): I'm a fan of this stock, said Cramer. I think they're winning a lot of contract and I can see it going to $6.

Accenture (ACN): I'm a buyer of weakness, said Cramer. But I'd wait for it to come lower.

SunPower (SPWR): I'm a buyer, said Cramer. I like it.

Monmouth Real Estate Inv. Corp (MNR): No, said Cramer. I'd stay away. As interest rates go higher this stock, and other in the sector, will probably go down.
