Goodwill of Orange County, a social enterprise organization in the business of helping people facing barriers secure jobs, originally launched ShopGoodwill.com in 1999 and will lead development and strategic efforts. However, the application will support nearly 100 local Goodwill agencies around the country - allowing users to bid on high value items which have been donated to various Goodwill locations nationwide.
