Yahoo - The search engine's chief operating officer, Henrique de Castro, is leaving the company, effective Thursday. Its shares were mildly lower in after-hours trading.
J.C. Penney Co. - The department store operator said it would close 33 stores and eliminate 2,000 jobs. Its shares were down in after-hours trading.
CSX - The provider of railroad transportation posted fourth-quarter earnings per share of 42 cents on $3 billion in earnings, versus expectations calling for EPS of 43 cents on $3.01 billion in revenue. Its shares fell 3 percent in after-hours trade.
Plexus - The company reported first-quarter non-GAAP diluted EPS of 61 cents, excluding 10 cents per share of restructuring charges, on $534 million in revenue, versus expectations of EPS of 61 cents on $536 million in revenue. Its shares edged lower in after-hours trading.
