Certain terms and conditions apply to the purchase and pre-registration of domain names. Submission of a pre-registration request for a domain name does not guarantee registration. If multiple people request the same domain name, it may be auctioned to those who have pre-registered. Customers not awarded the requested domain name, for any reason, will be refunded the fees charged for pre-registration, minus the related application fee.
