(Nasdaq:LABC) announced today that its Board of Directors at their meeting on January 27, 2014, initiated a quarterly cash dividend policy and declared its first cash dividend, a $.05 cash dividend per share on the common stock of the Company, payable on February 25, 2014 to the shareholders of record at the close of business on February 10, 2014.
