LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga., Feb. 6, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of forward and reverse logistics for a diverse range of electronics products and replacement parts, today announced it has contracted with RAL North America to provide spare parts logistics, call center support and reverse logistics for the company's AeonAir brand of home comfort products.
Under the agreement, Encompass will manage parts planning and forecasting; warehousing and distribution; returns processing; and consumer call center support initially for RAL's new line of 30-70 pint dehumidifiers. Encompass is also developing an e-commerce web portal for the AeonAir product line, and providing reverse logistics services for consumer returns.
North American-based RAL has expanded into the U.S. market beginning with its line of dehumidifiers. The units are being sold through a variety of national retailers.
