Per the terms of the agreement, DS Healthcare is providing the formulation, ingredients and its technology to the global healthcare company for use in a topical product. The product is to be launched and distributed by the global healthcare company under their own brand following successful development. Under the terms of the agreement, DS Healthcare will act as the exclusive ingredient supplier for a period of 5 years, which will automatically renew under certain conditions.
