Curtiss-Wright Declares 30% Dividend Increase to $0.13 Per Share for Common Stock and Announces Reinitiation of Share Repurchase Program

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 11, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE:CW) today announced that the Board of Directors declared a dividend of thirteen cents ($0.13) per share on Curtiss-Wright Common Stock, payable April 10, 2014 to stockholders of record as of March 27, 2014. This represents a 30% increase over the prior quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share. The Board also approved management to reinstitute the repurchase of the Company's outstanding common stock under a previously authorized share repurchase program.
