InterCloud Systems Announces the Appointment of Scott Davis as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing

RED BANK, N.J., March 3, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- InterCloud Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:ICLD) (the "Company" or "InterCloud"), today formally announced the appointment of Scott Davis as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

In his new role, Mr. Davis is responsible for World Wide Sales and Marketing for InterCloud Systems. According to Company President Frank Jadevaia, "The addition of Scott to our executive leadership team provides us with the opportunity to execute on a number of key strategic growth initiatives.
