VERNON HILLS, Ill., March 7, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CDW Corporation (Nasdaq:CDW) today announced the pricing of a public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock held by selling stockholders at a price to the public of $25.55 per share. The underwriter has a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares of common stock from the selling stockholders at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts. CDW Corporation will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the shares of common stock. The offering is expected to close on March 12, 2014.
Barclays Capital Inc. is acting as sole underwriter in the offering.
