- A senior $7.0 million par value and a subordinate $2.3 million par value mortgage revenue bonds secured by Harden Ranch, a 100 unit multifamily apartment complex in Salinas, California were acquired at par on February 12, 2014.
- A $23 million par value mortgage revenue bond secured by Decatur-Angle Apartments, a 302 multifamily apartment complex in Fort Worth, Texas was acquired at par on February 26, 2014.
