Check out which companies are making headlines after the bell Tuesday:
Oracle - The provider of business software tallied third-quarter earnings per share of 68 cents, excluding items, 2 cents shy of estimates, on revenue of $9.32 billion versus a $9.36 billion estimate. Its shares fell 5.1 percent in after-hours trading.
Adobe Systems - The software company posted first-quarter earnings per share of 30 cents, excluding items, on $1 billion in revenue. Analysts expected EPS of 25 cents on $973 million in sales. Its shares were down 0.2 percent in after-hours trading.
SolarCity - The seller of solar energy systems reported a narrower-than-expected fourth-quarter loss but its current-quarter forecast called for a wider loss than analysts had estimated. Its shares fell 0.9 percent in after-hours trading.
Pacific Sunwear of California - The teen retailer reported its loss widened in its fiscal fourth quarter, but its outlook for the current quarter beat estimates. Its shares rose 1.3 percent rose in after-hours trading.
