Amazon to allow returns from in-store lockers

The hardest part about buying from has always been returns—but the company is trying a new way to simplify the process, the Wall Street Journal reports.

Amazon has started allowing customers to return products to the delivery lockers the merchant installed in various large cities in recent years.

The lockers were designed as a central place for customers to pick up packages, but people will now be able to use an emailed code to open up a locker and leave a package for pickup rather than mailing it themselves.
