Bed Bath & Beyond - The retailer posted fourth-quarter earnings per share of $1.60 on $3.2 billion in revenue, compared to expectations of EPS of $1.60 on $3.22 billion in sales. Its shares slid in after-hours trading.
PriceSmart - The warehouse club reported second-quarter earnings per share of 93 cents on $674.4 million in revenue, versus expectations of EPS of 88 cents on $675 million in sales. Its shares declined in after-hours trading.
Ruby Tuesday - The operator of casual dining restaurants reported third-quarter earnings per share of minus 7 cents on $284.6 million in revenue, compared to expectations of EPS of negative 8 cents on $284 million in sales. Shares rallied in after-hours trading.
Imperva - The provider of security for data centers lowered its first-quarter revenue guidance to $31 to $31.5 million versus its prior guidance of $36 million to $37 million. Its shares fell sharply in after-hours trading.
Apogee Enterprises - The developer of glass products and systems tallied fourth-quarter earnings per share of 27 cents on $214.4 million in revenue, versus expectations of EPS of 29 cents on $209 million in sales.
