GHENT, Belgium, April 30, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ablynx [Euronext Brussels: ABLX], today announced, in accordance with Article 14 of the Belgian Law of 2 May 2007 regarding the publication of major shareholdings in issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market (the "Transparency Law"), that it received a notification of shareholdings from Abingworth Management Limited and Abingworth LLP.
Abingworth Management Limited and Abingworth LLP notified that they have dropped below the 10% threshold (from 10.01% to 9.99%) as a result of the warrant exercise by some employees and consultants of the Company, which was announced on 23 April 2014.
