Samsung's new line of tablets, the Galaxy Tab 4, went on sale Thursday. The tablet comes in three different sizes, 7-, 8- or 10.1-inch displays and costs between $199 to $350.
All three tablets run on Android 4.4 and feature a 1280 x 800 pixel screen. The tablets are available in black or white.
A major difference when comparing the Galaxy Tab line with other tablets such as the Nexus, iPad, iPad Mini and the iPad Air is the price.
"They're really midrange, so they're not quite as powerful but they are a little lower in price. The display is pretty nice but probably not quite as crisp and sharp as some of the really high-end tablets that you'll find," said Jill Duffy, writer and analyst at PCMag.com.
