Chef Muroski's remarkable resume includes most recently Executive Chef at the Hyatt Regency Rochester, where he was tasked with many build-and-design projects. Working closely with the sales and catering team, Chef Muroski was able to establish the property as one of the best catering facilities in the area.
Previously, Chef Muroski worked as Executive Chef at both the Rochester Plaza Hotel and the Holiday Inn Marketplace. Hired only two months before the property opened, Chef Muroski impressively built the Holiday Inn Marketplace kitchen from scratch.
Chef Muroski notably worked his way to success. Starting as a dishwasher at Oswego Country Club, he became interested in the culinary world and applied to Paul Smiths College. In 2001, Chef Muroski graduated cum laude with an AAS in Culinary Arts. He then worked as a line cook, Kitchen Supervisor and finally Sous Chef at the Rochester Hyatt, and it was then that he became interested in the world of catering. It was when Chef Muroski was offered a Sous Chef Position with Hawthorne's Catering Company that his banquet production skills really came to shine.
