WEST ORANGE, N.J., May 9, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lincoln Educational Services Corporation (Nasdaq:LINC) (Lincoln) announced today that Paul E. Glaske notified the Company of his intention to retire from the Company's board of directors. "Paul's depth and range of knowledge and experience have served Lincoln exceptionally well throughout his tenure on the board of directors," said Alexis Michas, Lincoln's Non-Executive Chairman. Paul's willingness to extend his tenure on the board so that it could benefit from his steady guidance through a time of heightened regulatory demands and a difficult environment shows his dedication to Lincoln and its employees, students and shareholders. On behalf of Lincoln's board of directors, I want to thank Paul for his loyal and skilled service to Lincoln."
"I want to thank Lincoln and my fellow board members for the opportunity to serve on the board of directors," said Mr. Glaske.
