Summertide, a 5.5-acre property in Lake Tahoe that was once owned by reclusive billionaire Howard Hughes, is up for sale.
According to a report in the Los Angeles Times, the estate is priced at $19.5 million.
The lakefront property features a five-bedroom, four-bathroom Adirondacks-inspired log cabin, which was built in 1934. There also is a guest cottage, a boat dock and meadowland.
The current owners purchased the property from Howard Hughes Corp in 1995, according to the report.
